| 1 / Order preparation time
We prepare each order very carefully and send it within one day to one week.
Our average delivery time is one week but we can shorten this time if you ask us to before ordering.
2/ Delivery mode:
Atelier de Famille delivers in the whole world and uses the services of the French La Poste
- Distingo-suivi for France (euros 3.80).
- Post-Export registered or not (euros 3,80 or euros 9 according to the option chosen by the customer) for Europe
- Post-Export registered or not (euros 4.30 or euros 15 according to the option chosen by the customer) for the rest of the world.
The average dispatching time of La Poste is 2 working days for France, 2 to 6 working days for Europe and the rest of the world.
Atelier de Famille shall not be held responsible of the consequences of a delay in the dispatching time.
You also have the option of collecting your order directly from our Atelier in Asnieres, on tuesdays and thursdays between 9am and 6pm.
In case you choose this option, we will send you an email when your order is ready to be collected.
2/ Payment :
Your order will be taken into account once the irrevocable, cash down, net and without discount payment is made. You can choose between the following two options:
- Payment by Carte Bleue on the website: Atelier de Famille guarantees that the highest safety measures have been taken and that your online order will be safe. Your bank details are encrypted and transfered directly through a safe connection to BNP Paribas. Atelier de Famille uses the SSL technology to (128 bits encryption) to guarantee a safe transaction during a payment via bank card. Atelier de Famille has at no point of time access to your bank card number
- Payment by cheque: in this case, you must print your order confirmation and mail it to us together with your cheque to the following address: Atelier de Famille 10 rue Benoît Malon 92600 Asnières.
